MasterMinds provides professional evaluation, documentation and court-related support for individuals and families navigating circumstances that may require clinical insight, formal recommendations or supporting documentation. Services are tailored to each individual situation and provided with careful attention to the specific needs and requirements involved.

These services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require separate fees upfront including mileage, document preparation fees and associated costs for virtual or face to face appearances which are negotiated at the time of engagement.

MasterMinds provides professional support for clients involved in legal proceedings when behavioral health evaluation, recommendations or professional testimony may be appropriate. Depending on the circumstances, services may include evaluations, written recommendations, consultation and court appearances or testimony related to the client’s care and individual situation.

Support may be provided for a variety of circumstances, including custody matters, disability determinations, parent coordination, short-term disability and requests for ADA-related workplace accommodations or leave, as well as other situations based on the individual needs of the client.

For individuals and families involved in family court matters, MasterMinds provides professional evaluation and support based on the circumstances of each case. Services may include evaluations, recommendations, supporting documentation and court appearances or testimony when appropriate.

Support may address a range of family court circumstances, including custody and visitation matters, divorce or separation, living arrangements and preferences for age-appropriate youth, conflict resolution planning and crisis intervention between court dates. Services are tailored to the individual circumstances and needs of each family.

MasterMinds provides evaluations, recommendations and supporting documentation for clients navigating Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Social Security disability-related needs. Services are based on each client’s individual circumstances and the applicable documentation requirements.

Services may include evaluations, completion of applicable forms, supporting documentation, recommendations and coordination with other professionals or third-party benefit administrators involved in the process. These services are thoughtfully tailored to each client’s individual circumstances, with best efforts made to provide appropriate support throughout the process.
